Essential is $230/year, billed annually. Smart is $17/month plus a one-time $100 install fee, with a 24-month commitment.

What are Comfort Credits and how do they work?

Smart members earn a $150 sign-up bonus and $5 every month toward their next major HVAC expense — about $270 in credits after 24 months. Credits apply to invoices over $2,700 and accrue per enrolled system.

What smart sensors are included with the Smart plan?

Can I upgrade from Essential to Smart?
